Pay close attention to your body, learn to be aware of how your body feels, and give it your attention.  Your body is constantly communicating with you, listen carefully.  Maintaining awareness of your body is as important as paying attention to your mental health.  Take note of the emotions that fill your day.  Most emotions are habits that we have formed, and they can be changed.  Giving attention to your body and mind require honesty with yourself.   When you are honest with yourself you will learn the art of moderation, know where your limits are, to avoid excessively stressing the body or mind.  Look at the quality of your thoughts about yourself and others.  Be open and honest with yourself and others about the way you feel.

the fifth chakra


The fith chakra is the throat chakra.

This chakra is represented by blue and relates to expression and communication.  It specifically brings awarenss to love as a divine power.

The message in the lessons:
  Surrender personal will and focus on the quality of your thoughts about  yourself and others.

The chakra organs: Throat, thyroid, trachea, neck vertebrae, mouth, teeth and gums, oesophagus, parathyroid, hypothalamus.

Physical dysfunctions that may appear to help remind you to pay special attention: Rapsy throat, chronic soar throat, mouth ulcers, gum difficulties, joint problems, scoliosis, laryngitis, swollen glands, thyroid problems.

Mental and emotional that you can give attention to:
Choice and strenght of will, personal expression, following ones dream, using personal power to create, addiction, judgement and criticism, faith and knowledge, capacity to make decisions.
